By accessing or using the Ak509 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Ak509 provides music distribution services to independent artists and labels. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You are responsible for all content you upload and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to distribute it.
You retain full ownership of your music and masters. By uploading content to Ak509, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute your content to the selected platforms on your behalf. This license is revocable at any time by removing your release.
Ak509 retains a platform fee as described in the subscription plan you have selected (10% for Pro, 12% for Free). Royalties are paid out on a monthly basis once your earnings exceed the minimum payout threshold. Ak509 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms.
All releases are subject to quality control review. Ak509 reserves the right to reject releases that do not meet technical or content standards. QC decisions are final, though you may resubmit corrected content.
You may not upload content that infringes on third-party rights, contains hate speech, is fraudulent, or violates any applicable laws. Ak509 reserves the right to remove such content and terminate accounts in violation of this policy.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your releases will be taken down from all platforms within 30 days. Earned royalties will be paid out within 60 days of termination.
Ak509 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
